Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 29[th] June, 2020 to consider inter alia the audited financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2020 and other matters.

Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company, will be closed from 22[nd] June, 2020 for Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Employees (and their immediate Relatives) under the Aplab Limited Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading – 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2020.
