As required under Clause 31A 8(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform that the Company’s application for reclassification of ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited from Promoter Category to Public Category has not been approved and rejected by BSE Limited. The Company has been asked to submit a fresh application under amended Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Exchange Checklist. We have initiated the process for the same.
