Apetit Plc has announced on 26 March 2021 that Valio Pension Fund, which is a
closely associated party to Apetit Plc’s member of the Supervisory Board, has
acquired Apetit Plc’s shares on 25 March 2021. In addition to a member of the
Supervisory Board, Valio Pension Fund is a related party of a member of Apetit
Plc's Board of Directors. This information was missing from the previous
notification. A corrected notification below.
