NET ASSET VALUE

This announcement is made by APAC Resources Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

As at 31 December 2025, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per share of the Company based on its unaudited consolidated management accounts and the market value of its listed investments adjusted for the market prices of its investments in listed associates is approximately

HK\$4.51

The calculation of the unaudited consolidated net asset value per share of the Company is based on 1,477,572,239 shares of the Company in issue as at 31 December 2025.
