2007 Annual General Meeting

The 2007 Annual General Meeting of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited will commence at 10:00am Perth time on Tuesday 18 December 2007 at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre, Riverside Theatre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth.

The Annual General Meeting will be webcast live on anz.com for the convenience of shareholders. The webcast will also be archived on the site for viewing shortly after the live event.
