The Company was notified today by Peter Lawrence, a Director of the Company, that The Peter Lawrence and Family Charitable Trust (No. 1159531) has today been gifted, at nil consideration, 27,950 ordinary shares of 23 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Peter Lawrence.

After this transfer Peter Lawrence and his family's beneficial interest in the Company remains at 27,950 ordinary shares.
