AGM Statement

Anpario plc, the international producer and distributor of natural feed additives for animal health, hygiene and nutrition, is holding its AGM later today, when Richard Rose, Chairman, will make the following comments:

"The Company has achieved strong sales growth in the year to date directly attributable to strategic initiatives implemented in 2016 and providing confidence to accelerate the investment in recruitment of sales and technical personnel.

Richard Rose will step down on 1 September 2017 after 11 years as Non-Executive Chairman. Peter Lawrence will take over as Non-Executive Chairman and a new Non-Executive director appointment will be announced shortly.

Richard is thanked for his leadership and guidance of the Board, during which significant shareholder value has been created.

The Company's interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2017 will be announced on Tuesday 19 September."
