Anoto Group AB´s Nomination Committee formed

Lund, November 11, 2011 - In accordance with the decision at Anoto Group AB's Annual General Meeting on May 12, the Nomination Committee for the general meeting 2012 shall consist of three persons nominated by the three largest shareholders in the company as of 30 September 2011.

Aurora Investment Ltd has nominated JoonHee Won, Essensor AS has nominated Per Boasson and Myrian Capital has nominated Paddy Padmanabhan.

The Nomination Committee shall prepare and present to the Annual General Meeting 2012 proposals for the following issues:

    1. Chairman at the Annual General Meeting
    1. Chairman and other Members of the Board
    1. Fees to the Board of Directors
    1. Fees to the Auditors
  • Procedure for electing a Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2013

The Nomination Committee's proposal for Board Members shall be presented in the notice for the Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2012 and at the company's home page.
