DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that 67,475 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing part of the award granted to Mark Cutifani, Chief Executive, upon his appointment in 2013, vested on 21 February 2015. Following the sale today of 31,714 shares at £12.22 per share to meet the income tax / NIC liability, a net 35,761 shares have been released to Mr Cutifani.

The transaction was carried out in London.
