Final Terms dated 1 April 2014 relating to the issue by Anglo American Capital plc of EUR 750,000,000 1.750% per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 3 April 2018 guaranteed by Anglo American plc under the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

Final Terms dated 1 April 2014 relating to the issue by Anglo American Capital plc of EUR 750,000,000 3.250 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 3 April 2023 guaranteed by Anglo American plc under the Programme.

The Final Terms of each series of Notes (together, the "Final Terms") must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 26 March 2014 relating to the Programme.
