TRADING HALT
The securities of Cellmid Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 30 July 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT - CELLMID LIMITED
Cellmid Limited ( Company ) requests a trading halt of the Company’s shares (ASX: CDY) immediately, being from the commencement of trading on Tuesday 28 July 2015.
The trading halt is requested pending further announcement to the market by the Company in relation to a proposed capital raising that is material to the Company’s business.
The Company requests to remain in the trading halt until commencement of normal trading on Thursday 30 July 2015 or when the Company makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising, whichever is earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
