In November 2013, Amphenol Corporation (“Amphenol”) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Advanced Sensors Business of GE (NYSE: GE) for approximately $318 million (subject to a post closing working capital adjustment). The sale is subject to certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions and is expected to close prior to year end.
