On 6 November 2013, AMP Limited (the “Company”) announced an offer of fully paid, redeemable, subordinated, unsecured debt securities at an issue price of $100 each (“AMP Notes 2”). Please refer to the Company’s replacement prospectus dated 14 November 2013 for information regarding the terms of the AMP Notes 2.
Deferred Settlement Trading
It is expected that the AMP Notes 2 will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 12:00 pm AEDT on Thursday, 19 December 2013 (ASX Code: AMPHA).
The indicative timetable for trading in AMP Notes 2 is as follows.
