CLEANSING NOTICE

AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) (the “ Company ” or “ AML3D ”) advises of the issue of 370,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as a result of exercise of 370,000 options at an exercise price of $0.30 per option.

3. (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

4. (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

5. As at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
