Impax Asset Management Ltd (FRN: 197008) acquired 125,000 shares in Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd (Amiad) increasing its overall holding from 6.5425% to 7.094%.  These shares were purchased on behalf of IEM plc which increased its holding from 4.48% to 4.87%.  Two other funds increased their shareholding but remain <3% shareholders of Amiad.
