Death of a Director

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, is saddened to announce the death of Mr. Avraham Azani, a Non-executive Director of the Company since September 2014 and a member of Kibbutz Amiad (the "Kibbutz"). The Company is liaising with the Kibbutz regarding appointing a replacement director in due course.

Eli Opper, Chairman of Amiad, said: "It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Avraham Azani, who served as a director of the Company for over three years having previously sat as an observer for two years. His expertise and contribution to Amiad will be missed. We send our sincere condolences to Avraham's family and loved ones."
