Directorate Change

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that Mr Tal Yeshua, its Chairman since May 2008 and a Board member since February 2008, has informed the Board of Directors that he will be stepping down, in due course, from his position as the Chairman and a Director of the Company in order to concentrate on his other interests.  The effective date of his departure will be upon the appointment and approval of his successor at a general meeting of the shareholders of the Company. The Company will commence a search for his replacement and will issue a further announcement in due course.

Tal Yeshua, Chairman, said: "It has been a privilege for me to work alongside Arik Dayan and implement unprecedented change in the Company that has seen it transformed into a major global player. I look forward to watching the continued progress of the Company."

Arik Dayan, Chief Executive, added: "Tal has provided outstanding service to the Company in his role as Chairman and we are very grateful to him for everything he has done for Amiad. His enormous legacy will remain as we pursue our strategy of being at the core of any water system worldwide."
