I Sub: Closure of Trading Window under SEBI Regulations on "Insider Trading"

This is to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted· by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition oflnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Quarterly Financial Results by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.

It means that the designated persons of the Company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
