Ambu — Major Shareholding Notification 2013

According to § 55 of the Danish Company Act (Selskabsloven) and § 29 of the
Danish Securities Trading Act (Værdipapirhandelsloven) , we hereby report that
ATP after sale of shares has reduced their owner’s and voting share of Ambu
A/S.

Subsequently ATP owns below 5% of the share capital and the votes of Ambu A/S.
