Amber Grid - Notification on material event

On Natural Gas Transmission Price Cap for 2019

On 26 October 2018, the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter referred to as "Commission") adopted a decision on the AB Amber Grid's natural gas transmission price cap, effective from 1 January 2019.

The natural gas transmission price cap per transmitted energy unit (effective from 1 January 2019) was set at 0.88 EUR / MWh (excluding VAT).

Natural gas transmission service prices, effective from 1 January 2019, and not exceeding price cap, will be approved by the Board of AB Amber Grid. Afterwards the prices will be presented to Commission for approbation.
