Notice of acquisition of a block of shares of the Issuer

Issuer - AB Amber Grid, legal entity code: 303090867, registered address:
Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania (the Issuer), hereby informs that
it received from UAB EPSO-G, legal entity code: 302826889, registered address:
Juozapavičiaus g. 13, LT-09311 Vilnius, Lithuania (UAB EPSO-G) the notice on
acquisition of voting rights. On 21 February 2014 UAB EPSO-G acquired
31,575,724 (thirty one million five hundred seventy five thousand seven hundred
twenty four) ordinary registered non-certificated shares of the Issuer,
granting 17.7% of votes in the general shareholders meeting of the Issuer.
