Regarding conclusion of finance contract

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-12-21 16:53 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 21 December
2015, AB Amber Grid and European Investment Bank concluded an agreement on up
to EUR 28 million loan. The loan will be used for financing construction of the
project CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT OF KLAIPĖDA–KIEMĖNAI PIPELINE (CONSTRUCTION OF
KLAIPĖDA–KURŠĖNAI PIPELINE). The loan can be disbursed by separate instalments
over the period of one year from the conclusion of the agreement. Each
disbursement will be separate AB Amber Grid and EIB transaction.
