Regarding conclusion of long-term loan agreement

On 30 December 2014, AB Amber Grid and Swedbank, AB concluded an agreement on
up to EUR 113 million loan. The loan will be used for refinancing of AB Amber
Grid existing financial debt and financing its activities.
