Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Directors of AMA Group Ltd (ASX: AMA) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ashley Killick as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr Killick, a Chartered Accountant,was variously a Director and Partner of Pricewaterhousecoopers from 1988 until 2004. He has also served as CFO of Oamps Ltd from 2004 until the takeover of that Company by Wesfarmers Ltd in 2007.

His other recent appointments include being the CFO of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from 2008 to 2009 and the Interim CFO of Hastie Group, a role that involved assisting the administrators with irregularities within the group.

Most recently Mr Killick has been CFO of Oncard International Ltd. He also serves as a Professor of Practice -Finance at LaTrobe University.

Ashley joins AMA at an exciting time in the development of the Company, most notably with the recently announced acquisition of The Gemini Group of Companies.
