Change of Name
At the Annual General Meeting of Allomak Limited, which was held on Monday the 30[th] of November 2009, the Shareholders resolved to change the name of the company to AMA Group Limited .
The company has today received approval by ASIC and shall now be known as AMA Group Limited. The ASX code ÄMA” will remain unchanged.
