MATERIAL INFORMATION

Following the announcement released on July 31, 2018, where Altri, SGPS, S.A. (Altri) announced that had reached an agreement with EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. (EDP) to buy 50% of the share capital and voting rights that EDP held in EDP Produção – Bioeléctrica, S.A. (EDP Bioeléctrica), hence assuming, as a consequence of that agreement, the control of 100% of the Company, Altri hereby informs, under the terms and for the purposes of article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code, that the Competition Authority did not oppose to the mentioned transaction.

It is further informed that the conclusion of the transaction, according to the terms of the agreement reached, will occur during the current year.
