MATERIAL INFORMATION

Altri, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that its subsidiary Celulose Beira Industrial (Celbi), S.A. has issued, today, two bonds, by private placement: an eight-year bond, in the amount of Euro 40,000,000 (forty million euros), named "CELBI 2017/2025"; and a ten-year bond, in the amount of Euro 40,000,000 (forty million euros), named "CELBI 2017/2027".

These issuances follow Altri's funding strategy, which aims to extend the company's debt maturity profile, strengthen its capital structure and diversify both sources and types of funding.
