MATERIAL INFORMATION

Altri, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs that it has issued, today, eight-year bonds in the amount of Euro 40.000.000 (forty million euros), by private placement, named "ALTRI 2016 - 2024".

This issuance follows Altri's funding strategy, which aims to extend the company's debt maturity profile, strengthen its capital structure and diversify both sources and types of funding.
