Altia postpones its Annual General Meeting 2020

Altia cancels its Annual General Meeting covened for 25 March 2020 and postpones
it to a later date.

Altia takes the corona virus outbreak very seriously and Altia’s Board of
Directors has, based on the development of the situation and the announcement of
the Finnish Government, decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting convened
for 25 March 2020.

On 16 March 2020, the Finnish Government announced that public gatherings will
be limited to a maximum of ten persons.

Altia’s Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting 2020
separately at a later date.
