ALS Completes acquisition of ALcontrol UK Limited

ALS Limited (ASX: ALQ) announces that further to commentary made in its H12017 results release on 29 November 2016, it confirms that the acquisition of UK-based food and environmental analytical services company, ALcontrol UK Limited, was successfully completed overnight in the UK, 30 November 2016.
