W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 17/2021 z dnia 30 listopada 2021 r. w którym Allegro.eu ("Spółka") poinformowała o wyrażeniu przez Radę Dyrektorów Spółki ("Rada") zgody na zawarcie, podpisanie oraz sporządzenie i wykonanie przez Adinan Midco dokumentów niezbędnych do ustanowienia z Santander Bank Polska SA. finansowania kredytu pomostowego w kwocie 1 mld PLN ("Dodatkowy Kredyt") do wykorzystania w miarę potrzeb, w celu ułatwienia finansowania nabycia 100% akcji w spółkach Mall Group as oraz WE|DO CZ s.r.o, Rada niniejszym informuje, że Dodatkowy Kredyt został skutecznie ustanowiony i jest dostępny zgodnie z warunkami obowiązującej Nadrzędnej Umowy Kredytowej ("Nadrzędna Umowa Kredytowa", o której Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 10/2020).
Dodatkowy kredyt będzie miał 12-miesięczny okres dostępności oraz 6-miesięczny okres wykorzystania.

Title: Establishment of the Additional Facility for financing the acquisition of Mall Group a.s. and WE|DO CZ s.r.o.
Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information
With reference to the current report No. 17/2021 of 30 November 2021, where Allegro.eu (the "Company") informed about the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") granted for the entry into, the signing as well as the execution and performance by Adinan Midco of documents required for establishing a committed PLN 1,000,000,000 bridge term loan financing (the "Additional Facility") with Santander Bank Polska
S.A to be drawn on a need basis in order to facilitate the financing of the acquisition of 100% stake in each of Mall Group a.s., and WE|DO CZ s.r.o., the Board hereby informs that the Additional Facility has been duly established and is made available pursuant to the conditions of the existing Senior Facilities Agreement (the "SFA", of which the company informed in the report No. 10/2020).
The Additional Facility will have a 12 months availability period with a 6 months utilization period.
