The Allegro.eu Board of Directors (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that on14 September 2021, Allegro.pl sp. z o.o (_quot;Allegro.pl_quot;), a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of Allegro.eu, was informed by Mr Seshashayee Sridhara(a.k.a. Mittu Sridhara) that he is unable to take up hisresponsibilities as a member of the Management Board of Allegro.pl on 1October 2021, as originally planned at the time of his appointment (seeCurrent Report No. 7, dated 23 June 2021), and has resigned from hisnomination to this position.

In his resignation letter, Mr Sridhara stated that he has made thisdecision solely for personal reasons.

Francois Nuyts, CEO of Allegro, commented: _quot;We are saddened thatpersonal factors have led Mittu Sridhara to step back from joining theAllegro.pl Board as Chief Technology Officer ("CTO") from 1 October andwe are therefore continuing our search for a long term replacement forPiotr Szybiak, who resigned in June after many years in the role. At thesame time, I am very pleased to announce that Marcin Mazurek, one of thekey directors in the Allegro Technology Team, will continue as InterimCTO and steer the Technology Leadership Team in delivering on itsambitious program of innovation._quot;
