Sub: Intimation of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 for consideration of Un-audited financial results for 30[th] September 2023 and declaration of Interim Dividend.
Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26[th] October, 2023 to consider, inter alia,
a) the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023.
b) Consideration of declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023-24 to the equity shareholders.
The Record Date under Regulation 42 of the Listing regulations for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be Friday, November 10, 2023, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has already been closed since September 30, 2023, which shall remain close till October 28, 2023.
