Share Purchase Plan to close early
Melbourne, Victoria – Alcidion Group Limited (ASX:ALC) (“ the Company ”) announces that, due to the strong support received from Eligible Shareholders for the Company’s current Share Purchase Plan (“ SPP” ), the Company has brought forward the Closing Date of the SPP to 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 30 April 2021.
The revised indicative* timetable for the SPP is:

Shareholders are reminded that they may make SPP applications online before the closure of the SPP at 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 30 April 2021 and can obtain information about how to do this from the Alcidion SPP Offer Information Line on 1300 850 505.
The Company is also pleased to announce that it will give SPP applicants the option to receive any SPP-related refunds, including any refunds in the instance of a Scale Back, via direct credit to an Australian bank account, or cheque payment. SPP applicants who wish to receive any refunds via direct credit in the instance of a Scale Back are requested to add or update their bank account details by adding a New Payment Instruction at https://www.computershare.com.au/easyupdate/alc.
