AKVA group ASA: Successful completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Egersund Net AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by AKVA group ASA

("AKVA") on 28 June 2018 regarding the agreement entered into by AKVA; Egersund

Group AS and Egersund Net AS for the acquisition by AKVA of all issued and

outstanding shares in Egersund Net AS (the "Transaction").

The board of AKVA is pleased to announce that the Transaction today has

successfully been completed.

exchange notice published on 23 July 2018.
