Tamarillo Invest AS and Babaco Invest AS, both of which are controlled by related parties of the board member and primary insider in AKVA group ASA, Frode Teigen, have each acquired 8,500 shares in AKVA group ASA at a price of NOK 58.80 per share.

After the transaction Frode Teigen and related parties hold 17,000 shares in AKVA group ASA in total. In addition, Frode Teigen indirectly holds 50% of the shares in Egersund Group AS, which in turn owns 20,703,105 shares in AKVA group ASA.
