AKVA group ASA : CEO Trond Williksen resigns at year end 2016

Trond Williksen (52) has informed AKVA group ASA that he will resign from his

position as group CEO. It has been agreed that Williksen will continue in his

position throughout 2016, when he will take up the position as CEO of listed

Norwegian fish farmer SalMar ASA. The board will immediately initiate a process

to recruit a new CEO for AKVA group.

Williksen is resigning after nearly 6 years as CEO of AKVA group. The board of

AKVA group regrets Williksen's decision to leave the company, but the board is

grateful for his services to the company and will now focus on recruiting a new

CEO to develop the company further in a promising environment.
