Reference is made to the notice of 29 June 2016 regarding the appointment of Mr.

Hallvard Muri as new group CEO.

Hallvard Muri will take up the position as CEO of AKVA group ASA on 4 November

Current CEO Mr. Trond Williksen will continue to be available for AKVA group

until 13 November 2016.
