The shareholders in AKVA group ASA are invited to attend the Annual General

Meeting to be held at 17:00 hours (CET) on Tuesday 15 May 2018 in the company's

offices at Nordlysveien 4 in Bryne. The Stock Notice sent 09.05.2018 at 16.20

had incorrect date. Please find enclosed the Notice of the Annual General

Board's Statement on Management Remuneration. The recommendations of the
