The shareholders in AKVA group ASA are invited to attend the Annual General
Meeting to be held at 17:00 hours (CET) on Wednesday 10 May 2017 in the
company's offices at Nordlysveien 4 in Bryne.
Please find enclosed the Notice of the Annual General Meeting in AKVA group ASA
including attendance form and proxy form and the Board's Statement on Management
Remuneration. Enclosed is also the Annual Report 2016 including the Board's
statement regarding Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility.
The recommendations of the Nomination Committee will be made available through a
separate stock exchange announcement.
The Annual Report 2016 has also been made available through a stock exchange
announcement earlier today. The Annual Report 2016 is also available on the
group's website at http://ir.akvagroup.com/investor-relations/financial-info-
/annual-reports.
In accordance with the company's articles of association the Annual Report will
not be distributed in a hard copy. Stockholders who wish to receive the Annual
Report in a hard copy (paper) can request this by sending an e-mail to
