Aker ASA: Exclusive Rights Trading

20 April 2015 - Reference is made to the resolution by the General Meeting in

Aker ASA (the "Company") on 17 April 2015 to distribute a dividend of NOK 10.00

per share and that each shareholder in the Company can choose to use half of the

dividend to subscribe for new shares in the Company (the "Dividend Issue").

The shares in Aker ASA are traded exclusive dividend and exclusive right to

participate in the Dividend Issue from and including 20 April 2015.
