Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notices by Aker ASA (the

"Company") regarding the dividend issue (the "Dividend Issue").

The share capital increase of 1 947 134 new shares issued through the Dividend

Issue was registered today with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises

(Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following this, the registered share capital of the

Company is NOK 2 081 012 136, comprising of 74 321 862 shares, each with a par

value of NOK 28.00.

The new shares issued through the Dividend Issue will be registered with VPS

under ISIN NO 0010234552 and will be traded on Oslo Børs under the Company's

ticker "AKER". Trading of the new shares will commence on or around 5 June 2015.

Payment of the cash dividend will be carried out on or around 5 June 2015.
