Aker ASA: Successful placement of new unsecured bonds

Reference is made to the notification sent on 14 November 2019 regarding a

successful placement of unsecured bonds issued by Aker ASA.

In conjunction with the bond issue, the company has bought back NOK 117 million

of AKER10 (ISIN: NO0010680317) and 232.5 million of AKER 13 (ISIN:

NO0010737158).

DNB Markets, Nordea, Pareto and SEB acted as joint lead managers of the bond

issue.
