Aker Horizons ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aker Horizons ASA ("Aker

Horizons" or the "Company") published on 4 November 2021 regarding a private

placement of 28,985,507 new shares (the "New Shares").

The share capital increase related to the New Shares has now been registered

with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of

the Company is NOK 609,736,165, divided into 609,736,165 shares, each with a par

value of NOK 1.00.
