of being the registered holder of (Note 3) shares of AIA Group Limited (the "Company"), HEREBY APPOINT (Note 4) THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MEETING or (name) of (address) as my/our proxy to attend and vote for me/us and on my/our behalf at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 22 May 2026 at Multi-Purpose Hall, G/F, AIA Building, 1 Stubbs Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ("2026 AGM") and at any adjournment thereof in respect of the resolutions set out in the notice of the 2026 AGM as indicated below, and if no such indication is given, as my/our proxy thinks fit.

Failure to tick either box in respect of a resolution will entitle your proxy to cast your vote in respect of that resolution at his/her discretion or to abstain. Your proxy will also be entitled to cast your vote at his/her discretion or to abstain from voting on any resolution properly put to the 2026 AGM and any adjournment thereof other than those referred to in the notice convening the 2026 AGM. 6 The full text of Resolutions 10(A), 10(B) and 11 are set out in the notice of the 2026 AGM. 7 This proxy form must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorised in writing or, in the case of a corporation, must be either executed under its common seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney or other person duly authorised in writing. 8 In order to be valid, a proxy form and the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed, or a nonetially certified copy of such power of attorney or authority, must be deposited at the share registrar of the Company, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 181 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or via email to [email protected], not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for holding the 2026 AGM or any adjournment thereof. Completion and return of the proxy form will not preclude any member from attending and voting in person at the meeting or any adjourned meeting should he/she so wish. 9 Submission of this proxy form shall not preclude you from attending and voting in person at the 2026 AGM or any adjourned meeting should you so wish, and the appointment of the proxy will be revoked if you vote in person at the meeting. 10 In the case of joint registered holders of any shares, any one of such persons may vote at the meeting, either personally or by proxy, in respect of such shares as if he/she were solely entitled thereto; but the vote of the author, holder who tenders a vote, whether in person or by proxy, will be accepted to the exclusion of the vote(s) of the other joint holders and, for this purpose, seniority shall be determined by the order in which the names stand in the register of members of the Company in respect of the relevant joint holding. 11 Pursuant to Rule 13.59(4) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, all resolutions set out in the notice of the 2026 AGM or any adjournment thereof will be decided by poll at the meeting. 12 For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not accept any special instruction written on this proxy form.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT

(i) "Personal Data" in this statement has the same meaning as "personal data" in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong ("PDPU"). Your supply of Personal Data to the Company is on a voluntary basis. (iii) Your Personal Data may be disclosed or transferred by the Company to its subsidiaries, its share registrar, and/or other companies or bodies for any of the stated purposes, or when it is required to do so by law and will be retained for such period as may be necessary for our verification and record purposes.
