Results of General Meeting, Issue of Equity & TVR
The Company is pleased to report that all resolutions were duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today in connection with the Fundraise announced on 11 May 2021.
Accordingly, the Company has issued and allotted a total of 297,727,274 Ordinary Shares of 0.0001p each (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Placing, Subscription, and increased Broker Option (together the "Fundraise Shares"). Admission of the Fundraise Shares will become effective, and trading is expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. on 1 June 2021.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission of the Fundraise Shares, the Company will have 799,606,383 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.000001 each in issue with voting rights and admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may then be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
