Agilyx AS (AGLX) – Agilyx Announces Appointment of Russ Main to CFO, Kevin Paine Assumes Role of CFO, Cyclyx

OSLO, Norway, December 14, 2021 – Agilyx AS, a pioneer in the advanced recycling of post-use plastics, announced today that Russ Main has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Agilyx, following his previous role as interim CFO. Kevin Paine, Interim CFO of Cyclyx has been appointed permanent CFO, Cyclyx.

Russ has deep experience and knowledge of both our businesses, in addition to many years of industry and financial experience. Russ Main has over 25 years of executive finance and operational experience with a track record of optimizing finance, operations, technology and profitability within highly complex global environments. Prior to Agilyx, Russ was the CFO of Abode Systems and previously worked for Tyco International for over 23 years, assuming senior financial leadership positions in their corporate group and North and Latin America divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Finance from Bentley University.

Mr. Paine joined Cyclyx as Vice President of Finance – Business Partner following a 28-year career at Waste Management (WM). Mr. Paine joined the Organic Growth Group, WM’s corporate venturing department, in 2006. While at WM, Mr. Paine held a variety of management roles focused on waste-to-value businesses and consumer-facing businesses. Mr. Paine holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maine and an M.B.A. from Temple University.
