Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) regarding approval received from the Hon’ble Competition Commission of India (“CCI”) for the proposed acquisition of Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) through the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

This is with reference to our letter dated 31[st] October, 2022 wherein the Company had informed about the approval of the Resolution Plan by the Committee of Creditors in respect of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor and the Company being declared as the successful resolution applicant.

In furtherance to the above, we would like to inform you that the Hon’ble CCI has accorded its approval to the proposed combination under sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Competition Act, 2002 vide its letter dated 15[th] March, 2023. The detailed order of CCI is awaited.

This disclosure is being provided in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
