TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Kirk & Thorsen Invest A/S, Toldvagten 2, DK-7100 Vejle, to the effect that today the company acquired 1,500,000 shares in TK Development A/S. Accordingly, in conjunction with Thorsen A/S, the company owns directly and indirectly a total of 10,565,848 shares, equal to 10.76 % of the total share capital and voting rights.
