Capital ApS, Islands Brygge 79C, DK-2300 Copenhagen, to the effect that today
the company acquired 3,905 shares in TK Development A/S. Accordingly, the
company owns a total of 9,818,938 shares, equal to 10.00 % of the share
capital.
